Yes — and we help you get it right. Consent requirements vary by state and by setting, and a clinic session and a school-based session aren't always governed by the same rules. We work through the consent workflow with every partner during onboarding so it fits your state, your setting, and your existing intake paperwork — before any sessions are captured.
Recordings are retained only for a limited period — long enough to generate the session data and let your team review it — and are then permanently deleted. While they exist they're encrypted at rest and in transit, and governed by the same HIPAA and FERPA protections described above.
