Data Deletion

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of your data from the Field Nine app, published on Google Play by Field Nine, Inc. It covers what gets deleted, what is retained and for how long, and how the process works. For the full picture of how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@field9.ai with the subject line "Delete my data", from the email address on your Field Nine account.
  2. Tell us whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific data removed. You do not need to keep the app installed to make the request.
  3. We will confirm your request within a few business days, verify that you own the account, and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will get a confirmation email when it is done.

You can also ask us to access or correct your data instead of deleting it, and depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. We honor verified requests as the law requires.

What is deleted, what is kept
